I read something this week that is really challenging me. It was a post by someone I have a lot of respect for when it comes to his ability to reach others. He was asking us, the Christians of the Lehigh Valley, to imagine a church where the ideals just seemed, so CHRISTIAN. Unfortunately our reality is the above. It's an application that many of us use to judge those who walk in the doors of our churches or even worse....those who we, you and I, should be reaching out to, to share the Word of God with. Isn't that what being a Christian is all about? Or are you a Christian, just for you own selfish reasons? Be careful, God's listening.
Being Christian, is about a behavior. It's not the four walls of a church, it's not a sticker on the car. It's about God's love working through and in your actions.
